Delivery and payment

DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE

Orders can be placed after full payment on the website celuze.com or by choosing the cash-on-delivery option with Nova Poshta.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days from the moment of placing the order, except in cases when the item is purchased on pre-order. Processing and shipping time may extend up to 3 business days during holiday seasons, new collection launches, or seasonal sales.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and takes 1–2 days from the moment of dispatch.

Delivery costs are covered by the customer according to Nova Poshta’s rates. The sender indicates the full value of the items being shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number (consignment note) via email and SMS provided at checkout.

International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments on celuze.com are processed through Monobank or by cash on delivery at Nova Poshta branches. We accept Visa / Mastercard.

As soon as the payment is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number. After placing an order, please make sure the payment has been deducted from your card and check for the confirmation email with your order number in your inbox.
